Ripple’s Vice President Makes Exciting Prediction

Emy Yoshikawa, vice president of corporate strategy and operations at Ripple, is enthusiastic about what the next ten years will bring as the company marks its tenth anniversary.

Additionally, CEO Brad Garlinghouse tweeted his appreciation and happiness for Ripple. Since on-demand liquidity volumes increased significantly with a growth rate of over 9x YoY, Ripple has made significant strides in its remittance technology.

Customers continued to use ODL for use cases other than conventional remittances or individual payments, accounting for the increasing volume on the network through treasury movements and bulk payments. Ripple said in a tweet that 95% of its employees thought the company was a great place to work. Notably, Fortune has ranked Ripple as the 34th best medium-sized company to work for out of 100. Ripple has also demonstrated strength throughout the present bear market as it seeks to increase its employment base at a time when many other businesses in the industry have been decreasing their workforce.

The lawsuit against Ripple is making “excellent progress”

In its legal conflict with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Ripple is making great progress. The SEC followed the court’s ruling and delivered William Hinman’s records, although under secrecy. Former SEC official William Hinman stated in a 2018 talk that Ethereum is not a security.

The SEC has submitted suggested redactions to two versions of Hinman’s June 2018 speech that discuss current determinations before the SEC for in-camera consideration by Magistrate Judge Netburn, according to the most recent update provided by James K. Filan. The most recent third party to ask to submit an amicus curiae brief in the ongoing dispute is SpendTheBits, a private company that created an app that uses XRP Ledger and XRP for transferring Bitcoin.
