The Army has been engaged in a frenetic cybersecurity journey throughout that time, modernizing its systems and implementing a zero trust security architecture while dealing with, in Norris’ words, “weekly breaches and Threat activity,” data leaks, and “new discoveries on an ever expanding cyber attack surface.”
Norris recently spoke as the keynote speaker at Swish Data’s GIST 23 conference about this journey and his first year as CISO.
